EmberReads book clubs are community-run reading groups built for romance readers. A club picks a book, sets a reading schedule, and members discuss chapter by chapter — all inside the same app that tracks the book's tropes, spice level, and content warnings.

Any EmberReads member can create a book club for free. Clubs can be public (open to anyone) or private (invite-only). There's no cap on members, and every discussion is organized by chapter so late joiners can catch up without spoilers.

What makes EmberReads book clubs different?

Unlike generic book clubs, every EmberReads club surfaces the current read's tropes, community spice rating (1–5 flames), and flagged content warnings on the club page. Members know exactly what they're signing up for before committing to a pick — no surprise dark romance when the mood was closed-door.

How do EmberReads book clubs work?

1. An organizer creates a club, picks a book, and sets a start date plus weekly reading pace.
2. Members join the club and read on their own time within the club's chapter schedule.
3. Discussion threads open per chapter. Readers comment, theorize, and rate as they go.
4. Spoiler-safe by design — threads are gated to the chapter you've marked complete.

Who are book clubs for?
